Turn your policies and documents into real, published training courses.
The monthly fee hosts each published course. Building and editing courses draws down your AI credits (see “what credits buy” below) — so you only pay to build what you actually publish.
A curated catalogue of ready-made accredited courses. Buy as you go, or subscribe per active worker for unlimited access.
An “active worker” is anyone assigned a course in the month. Individual courses bought outright run £5–25 each — so from ~£3/worker, the subscription pays for itself fast.

Genuinely, yes. The full Organisation, Compliance and Health & Safety suites cost nothing — no card, no time limit. We make money only when you choose to buy more: AI credits, storage, premium courses, or expert services. If you never do, that's fine — you're still a customer.
Nothing breaks — the AI features simply pause until you top up or your monthly allowance renews. Everything else in the platform keeps working as normal.
Nothing dramatic. Your existing documents stay exactly where they are — you just can't add new ones until you free up space or add storage. We'll warn you well before you get there.
Yes, any time. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the billing period; annual plans run to the end of the term; one-off purchases (like credit packs) are yours until used.
No. You only enter payment details if and when you buy an add-on.
